Checks run every five minutes. This metric is not a contractual guarantee.
(eligible minutes − unavailable minutes) ÷ eligible minutes × 100
The end-to-end journey is checked every five minutes. Failed or missing checks count as unavailable after measurement starts. Degraded checks count as available. Approved exclusions are listed separately.
Component status
The end-to-end check determines service availability. Other checks identify the affected component.

Status and availability history are published for all customers. Support response times depend on the plan. For Enterprise, the availability target, response times and service credits are defined in the individual agreement and apply only when expressly included in a signed Order Form.
